Mezzo Hotel Celebrates Sinulog 2026 With Art, Culture, And Community

In celebration of Sinulog 2026, Mezzo Hotel Cebu opened its doors to “Halad ug Pasalamat 2026,” an art exhibit that was on display at the hotel lobby starting Jan. 14, 2026.

Mezzo Hotel President Shannen Tan shared that Sinulog is “a celebration of faith, resilience, and unshakable hope.” The exhibit reflected this spirit through thoughtfully curated works that honored Cebuano artistry and devotion.

Featured in the exhibit were creations by local artists Mar Vidal, Zari Vidal, Jose Maria Picornell, Govinda Jean, with photographs by SunStar Cebu, and handcrafted pieces by AMANO Craft Creations’ Dexter Alazas. All artworks on display were available for purchase.

The exhibit was open to the public from Jan. 14 to 31, inviting guests and art enthusiasts to experience Sinulog through a creative lense.

Aside from the exhibit, Mezzo Hotel offered a week-long lineup of Sinulog festivities, including cultural dance performances, a special dinner buffet on Jan. 17, filled with surprises, and free face painting and henna tattoos on Jan. 18, perfect for families and festival-goers.
